East Passyunk Avenue Business Improvement District presents Flavors on the Avenue: A Street Festival on Sunday, April 30, 2017, from 12:00pm to 5:00pm. The brand-new street festival will feature five blocks of street food, seasonal sips, craft beer, live music, sidewalk sales and free family fun on five blocks – from Broad to Dickinson streets.  Twenty-seven award-winning restaurants and bars will bring their signature cuisine outside under the blue skies.  Craft beer and wine will pour from the festival beer tent – and select restaurants will also offer seasonal cocktails, beer and wines for the crowds.

Master of ceremonies Henri David returns to lead the parade from the corner of Passyunk Avenue/South Street down to Headhouse Square (2nd Street). South Street Headhouse District Hosts Winter Wonderland with Tree Lighting, Window Competition and PHAIR Market

South Street Headhouse District (SSHD) presents their annual extravaganza Winter Wonderland on Sunday, December 8, 2013, from 4:00pm to 7:00pm, at the Historic Headhouse Square Shambles on 2nd Street, 200 Pine Street, Philadelphia, PA 19106.  Free family fun will include the annual holiday tree lighting, Santa Claus arriving on a firetruck, free horse-drawn carriage rides, performances by Philadelphia Dance Academy and Society Hill Dance Academy, and a holiday shopping market organized by PHAIR. Before or after the festivities, stroll the district and check out holiday displays at 31 businesses competing in the Window Wonderland Storefront Challenge. Winners will be announced during the tree lighting ceremony.
